Terms and Conditions

The following rules apply to all orders placed from July 1, 2009:

I. We cannot guarantee the color of chosen items. We'll ship in the following order: first the chosen color, then a neutral color - usually black or silver, and finally any readily available color.

II. All our products have a warranty of 15 days, counting from the date of delivery. That means the customer will have 15 days to check the proper functioning of the ordered products and if any problem is found the seller must ask for an RMA code. If a product is returned incomplete or damaged due to misusage, it will not be replaced nor have the money returned. Please do not send products back if they were broken due to misusage or if they're past the 15 days warranty period, on both cases the customer should look for a repair shop in his home country.

III. If an item is out of stock or don't pass our quality control tests or for whatever reason cannot be shipped in a timely manner, the order will be considered inexecutable and the buyer will be given the choice to get his money back or credit for future purchases.
